In 1967 David started in the car business as a Lincoln mechanic at a dealership in Wellesley Massachusetts. After achieving Master Technician status, he took on management roles of increasing responsibility. In 1989 David and his business partners opened a Lincoln-Mercury dealership in Acton Massachusetts. In 1993 the duo opened their second dealership, Acton Ford. In 2006, the two dealerships were separated and David became the sole Dealer Principal of Acton Ford. Over the years, David has served on several national advisory committees for Ford Motor Company and the New England Ford Dealers. David is an avid runner and regularly participates in the "reach the beach" relay race. He resides in the town of Stow.
Chris started at Acton Ford as a summer lot attendant in 2000 and made his way back to the store full time in 2011. His favorite part of his job is getting to meet customers in all different departments of the dealership. Chris enjoys attending classic car shows throughout New England.
Mark has over 30 years of Ford experience. The most important part of Mark's job is to create a people friendly atmosphere with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. With a true passion for Ford vehicles, Mark's summer ride is a 1987 Ford Bronco, that he purchased new at this dealership. Mark is a dog lover. Ask him about his Irish Terrier, Shea.
Gordon Chan has been with Acton Ford since 2001. Gordon loves meeting customers and staying in touch with them long after the sale. Over the years, Gordon has been really impressed with the technology improvements that Ford has made in their cars. Gordon commutes to the dealership from Boston in his Fusion Energi Plug-In-Hybrid and is currently averaging over 100MPGe.
Alan has over 15 years of automotive experience. Since arriving at Acton Ford, he has been a consistent leader in customer satisfaction, as rated by his customers. Alan loves spending time with his four grandchildren.
