Ford Electric Vehicle Rebates

Get your EV Rebate at the Point of Purchase with Acton Ford

For many EV Buyers, the Massachusetts State EV Rebates and Federal IRS Clean Vehicle credits can be rather confusing. At Acton Ford, we aim to take the confusion out of the redemption process.
Acton Ford is pleased to announce that we are positioned to help Massachusetts EV buyers redeem their state and federal rebates at the dealership as a point of purchase reduction in the transaction price.

There are two types of credits or rebates that we can redeem at Acton Ford

MOR-EV logo

IRS Clean Vehicle Credit
(Federal Incentive)

You may qualify for a credit up to $7,500 under Internal Revenue Code Section 30D if you buy a new, qualified plug‑in EV or fuel cell electric vehicle (FCV). The Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 changed the rules for this credit for vehicles purchased from 2023 to 2032.

Mass Mor-EV Rebate
(State Incentive)

MOR-EV gives Massachusetts residents several ways to save money on the purchase or lease of eligible electric vehicles. All residents, businesses, and non‑profit organizations can apply for EV rebates at participating dealerships and immediately apply the savings to reduce upfront costs. Plus, if your household income qualifies, you can save even more, with additional rebates for both new and used vehicles.

Qualifications

In the case of both the State and Federal programs, both the buyer and the vehicle must qualify to receive the rebate. Here are some resources where you can research your eligibility and the eligibility of the vehicle you are considering.

Assuming you qualify, and the specific vehicle you are considering qualifies, below is a summary of the value of rebates that we can redeem at the dealership. This is intended to be a general summary. We can help identify specific vehicle eligibility based on factors such as MSRP, GVW and Battery capacity and selling price.
