We know you're busy. Scheduling your pickup is simple through the FordPass App, our online Service Scheduler, or by calling Acton Ford at (978) 331–0205. You choose the time and place, and we’ll be there.

Pick It Up

Our Ford Service Valets will come to pick up your Ford from your home, work, or anywhere near Acton Ford in Acton, MA, to pick up your vehicle.

Service It

We'll bring your vehicle to Acton Ford's Service Center and keep you updated via phone, text, or e–mail on the progress of your auto service. We’ll even let you know when your valet is on the way. Staying up to date has never been simpler.

Is the Acton Ford Pickup & Delivery program available for all repairs?

All warranty and customer–pay repairs are eligible, as long as your vehicle is driveable and not part of a roadside collision.

How much does Ford Pickup & Delivery cost?

This program is complimentary* for FordPass® Rewards Tier members. Each Tier offers different rewards and exclusive experiences:

Blue Tier: Unlimited Ford Pickup & Delivery for a year
Silver Tier: Two complimentary Ford Pickup & Delivery services each year
Bronze Tier: One complimentary Ford Pickup & Delivery service each year

Each additional Ford Pickup & Delivery service for Silver and Bronze Tier members is available for 10,000 FordPass Rewards Points. Terms and conditions apply.

Am I eligible for Acton Ford Pickup & Delivery Service?

Will I get a loaner vehicle?

Loaner vehicles are at the discretion of the dealership, so please confirm when you schedule your service. Alternative options may be offered as well.

How do I make changes or cancel my Pickup & Delivery time?

To make any changes to your Service Pickup and Delivery time, contact Acton Ford's Service Department at (978) 897–7000.
