The well-being and safety of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance. We continue to adhere to every precaution to keep our facility, our vehicles, and your vehicle clean and sanitized. We have always taken great pride in the cleanliness of our store and know that this continues to be important for the safety of our customers and staff.

As of 5/29/21, Acton Ford will be making some changes to our COVID-19 Policies as a result of the recent CDC guidance.

We have always taken great pride in the cleanliness of our store and know that this is more important now than ever before. We can appreciate that you may still prefer not to visit our dealership, but we wanted to make you aware of the steps we are taking to protect our customers and staff.

Dealership Wide:

  • Out of courtesy, we will be following a mirroring policy. If you are wearing a mask, we too will wear a mask
  • Unvaccinated customers and employees will be required to wear a mask
  • Members of our staff may request that you wear a mask at their discretion
  • We will continue frequent cleaning and sanitizing of high contact surfaces
  • We will continue to provide hand sanitizer for customers and employees
  • We will continue our no-handshake policy
  • Customers who are not feeling well should reschedule their visit to the dealership
  • Our delivery drivers that visit customer's homes and businesses will continue wearing masks.

For Service:

While your car is in for service, please know that our technicians are also taking precautions and following the best practices that we have put in place

  • Technicians wear protective, disposable gloves
  • Sanitary wipe down of steering wheel, door handles, shifter, hood release and push button start if equipped
  • Further disinfecting wipes are available should you wish to wipe down your vehicle or keys on your own.
  • Pick up and delivery available for select services
  • Frequent sanitation of company owned loaner vehicles and shuttle vehicles
