In light of the rapidly developing situation involving COVID-19, we are constantly monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as related communications from Ford Motor Company and the National Auto Dealers Association. The safety of our staff and customers is our top priority.

We have always taken great pride in the cleanliness of our store and know that this is more important now than ever before. We can appreciate that you may still prefer not to visit our dealership, but we wanted to make you aware of the steps we are taking to protect our customers and staff.

Dealership Wide:

  • No handshake policy - we’re not being rude, just being safe
  • Hand Sanitizer stations available for customers and staff
  • Additional frequent cleaning of high contact areas throughout the day
  • Staff education on COVID-19 symptoms and precautions

For Service:

While your car is in for service, please know that our technicians are also taking precautions and following the best practices that we have put in place

  • Technicians wear protective, disposable gloves
  • Sanitary wipe down of steering wheel, door handles, shifter, hood release and push button start if equipped
  • Further disinfecting wipes are available should you wish to wipe down your vehicle or keys on your own.
  • Pick up and delivery available for select services
  • Frequent sanitation of company owned loaner vehicles and shuttle vehicles

For Sales:

In accordance with Governor Baker’s stay-at-home advisory, the Acton Ford showroom is temporarily closed. Despite the closure, we are here for all of your vehicle needs.

  • We can offer a sanitary, contact-free vehicle delivery by appointment only.
  • We have limited staff working remotely to answer your questions. Our response times are longer than normal, but we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
  • We do have the capability to complete most of the purchase paperwork entirely online.
  • We can deliver your new car to your driveway.
